Jesse Abrams-Morley is an associate at Cedrone & Mancano, LLC, where he handles a variety of criminal, civil and regulatory matters.
Before joining Cedrone & Mancano in January 2018, Mr. Abrams-Morley worked in both the private and public sectors. From 2012-2014, he was an associate at a mid-sized multi-state law firm where he concentrated his practice on white-collar criminal defense, civil commercial litigation and qui tam cases. In 2014, he joined the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he focused on post-conviction work involving death-sentenced, indigent defendants. Mr. Abrams-Morley represented these defendants in both state and federal courts located around the country.
After graduating magna cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2010, Mr. Abrams-Morley clerked for the Hon. Jan E. Dubois of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the staff attorney’s office for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago.
Mr. Abrams-Morley graduated summa cum laude from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 2005. He is a former newspaper reporter.
